Before Your Appointment

Please ensure your MRS questionnaire is completed prior to your appointment. For renewals, please ensure any prerequisite tests are completed. If you are unsure of which tests are needed, please get in touch and we would be happy to help you out!

For Class 1/3 initial applicants, please ensure you bring the following results as CASA requires these to finalise the process:

ECG tracing (if done prior to the medical)
Fasting blood glucose results
Fasting lipid (total cholesterol, HDL, LDLs, triclycerides) results
Audiometry
Please ensure you have already seen your Designated Aviation Opthalmologist (DAO) or Credentialed Aviation Optometrist (CAO)

Please note, without these results, you may incur additional fees and delay in obtaining your medical.
