Before Your Appointment:

Please ensure your CASA questionnaire is completed prior to your appointment, and you have paid CASA's processing fee.

For renewals, please ensure any prerequisite tests are completed.

For Class 1/3 initial applicants, please ensure you bring the following results as CASA requires these to finalise the process:

• ECG tracing (if done prior to the medical)
• Fasting blood glucose results
• Fasting lipid (total cholesterol, HDL, LDLs, triclycerides) results
• Audiometry
• Please ensure you have already seen your Designated Aviation Opthalmologist (DAO) or Credentialed Aviation Optometrist (CAO)

Please note, without these results, you may incur additional fees and delay in obtaining your medical.

For Class 2 initial applicants, no additional tests are required before your appointment.
